1. Description of Service

BioLab Hub provides virtual biology lab experiments and educational content through our website and mobile application. Some features and experiments are available for free, while others require a paid Premium subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscription plans. BioLab Hub offers optional paid subscription plans ("Premium") that unlock additional experiments and features. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payment processing. Subscriptions purchased through our website are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are billed and processed by Google. By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.
• Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the Google Play Store, or by contacting the relevant payment provider's customer support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Premium access until that date.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the payment provider used for your purchase (Paddle or Google Play). Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund or cooling-off period.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will apply to future billing cycles and will not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.

5. Cross-Platform Access

If you subscribe to Premium on one platform (for example, our website), your Premium access may also be available on other platforms (for example, our mobile app), provided you are signed in with the same account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Service content without our permission;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any payment or access-control mechanisms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including experiments, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by BioLab Hub or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BioLab Hub's virtual experiments are intended for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for laboratory instruction, professional scientific advice, or formal coursework requirements. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BioLab Hub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by updating the "Last updated" date above or notifying you in-app). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
